Just Get It Done Declutter Challenge —Day 19 & 20
The big days are here as we wind down the declutter challenge. Fabric decluttering. Since I don’t have wide back or yardage, I moved straight to fabric and plan to spend at least three days on this. When I moved downstairs my shelving changed and the comic boards I had cut to size no longer fit on the shelves correctly. Some of the boards are too small, and some too large for the color of fabric on each shelf. I started Sunday, pulling out all the boards for the batik fabric in anticipation of getting my new boards today. (They did not arrive as it isMLK day.) Still now I have enough taller boards for shelf one and six. After removing all the small boards from the neutrals, I will have enough for the other two sizes of shelves. The new boards will be for the batiks as the shelf space will fit uncut boards. Yesterday, I had to iron a lot of the fabric so only got the beige and brown refolded. Today I’m working on the warm colors.
