Day 10 & 11

Day 10 was an easy day. My pins and needles did not get too disordered this year and after purging last year no unnecessary ones were brought in. Here they are in a small plastic storage with drawers and a tin for machine needles. I switched places with my pincushions with thread catchers and they fit better and hung better.

Day 11 was irons, rulers and cutting board.

Rulers all neat and in place, all the appliqué pieces on ironing table put away and scraps in a box on floor. But my cutting board is the entire top of my 4 by 8 table. Too many in progress ideas to still sort. No time or energy to tackle this yet.

I did however find a place for the 30 weight spools I’d forgotten about and got them out of the box. Switched my large cones which were getting dusty to the drawer with the bobbins and set all my bobbin cases were the thread spools had been. Will have to try this out for a while to see if it is convenient for me.
