Trail of Tears progress

While I drew this quilt up as a large pattern, it changes every time I work on it. Since this is over 6 ft., I’ve had to spread it out on the floor. This is a bit of an inconvenience as it blocks most of the room. It is a bit frustrating that every time one piece is placed something else gets disturberd. I have used steam a seam 2 light, and mist fuse. I am going to heat set the part I’ve done so far and quilt it before finishing the second area. Below are pictures shoing prgress.
