Day 16 &17 Declutter Challenge

Day 16 kits 

Not much to do today. Don't have any real kits, but a couple of drawings I've done and pulled fabrics for.  So today I added new fabrics to my inventory list. I have tried not to buy any fabric at all for a couple years and then just what I needed for the backs. Late October until now I've shopped for special fabrics that I thought could be used in lots of projects. Today I added them to my price index spreadsheet and put most on the new fabric on the shelves by color or by batiks.  I have one small stack that I need to find where I bought it and the cost before putting away, but on the whole I think I did a good job.

Finished panel four except for facing for my commission quilt and worked more on the thread painting for my raccoon piece.  For some reason my studio space is suddenly warmer than another place in the house so I am enjoying being in here.

Day 17  scraps - I use lots of irregular small scraps, so I always have lots of messes. Sorted and cleared all the scraps on my table, then gathered up all those spread around the room and spread them on the table and got them sorted and put away. I even got my fusible scraps sorted by color and in bags.  Table cleared twice, but still have two shoeboxes that need sorted.  Will try to work on these this week between other projects.
