PURCHASING INFORMATION

Forms of Payment:  I accept checks and  PayPal.  If payment is made by check, item ships after check has cleared at bank.

Shipping: I  use standard shipping to keep costs low.  I ship all orders within 48 hours and if for any reason you need to change the shipping method, please contact me.

Tax: Tax is not included in the price listed,  it  is added at shipment

Non-Payment:  Customers Should promptly pay for their order.  After 3 days unpaid for purchased item is returned back into inventory.

Return Policy:  I strive to create quality work.  If you are unhappy about a purchase, you must contact me within 3 days of receiving your item to make arrangements for a return, exchange or refund.   Because I strive to work closely with my customers on custom orders, no

refunds are available after design layout and color scheme is approved.

Damage: If an item arrives damaged in transit contact me and I will make repairs.  You may also purchase insurance at the time of shipping.
